Coconut Curry Sauce
NOTE: Use
canned unsweetened coconut milk in this recipe, not sweetened
coconut cream. This velvety sauce coats food especially
well.
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 tablespoon chicken stock
11/2 teaspoons soy sauce
11/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS: Combine
ingredients in small bowl and set aside.
