Use one hand to hold the dough in place and the other hand to
stretch the dough outward. Rotate the dough a quarter turn and
stretch it again. Repeat the turning and stretching until the dough
will not stretch any further. Let the dough relax for 5 minutes,
then continue stretching until it reaches the correct diameter. For
large pizzas, you may need to let the dough rest again before it
will stretch to the desired
size.
