Maple Mustard Glaze
makes about 1/2 cup,
enough for 4 chicken cutlets
NOTE: Sharp and
sweet, the combination of real maple syrup and whole-grain mustard
makes a delicious sweet and sour glaze that can be quickly made
while the chicken is cooking on the grill. Because of the high
level of sugar in this glaze, make sure to watch the chicken very
carefully once the glaze has been
applied.
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup whole grain mustard
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together in small bowl. Apply glaze as directed in recipes for charcoal-or gas-grilled cutlets.
