Traditional ice cream makers in wooden buckets can be less reliable

a hardware store. However, many models have a large capacity, and
this type of ice cream maker does not require prefreezing of any
parts. As long as you have a steady supply of ice and rock salt,
successive batches of ice cream may be made in this kind of
machine. We prefer models, like this one, with electric churning
mechanisms.
