Garlic Sauce
NOTE: This
sauce adds a rich garlic aroma to beef or seafood but does not
overpower other ingredients. Adjust the heat as
desired.
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
4 teaspoons dry sherry
1 tablespoon chicken stock
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
1 tablespoon very finely minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients except pepper flakes in small bowl and set aside.
2. Add pepper flakes to stir-fry along with scallions, garlic, and ginger.
