We would like to thank a few folks who made the original of this book, and this new edition, possible. First, John Woods of CWL Publishing Enterprises, the packager of this book, was able to get past his previous experiences with Daria’s writing habits and invited her to write this book and then asked her to tackle its new version.

Daria also owes much to her wonderful husband, Ernie Bowman, who keeps everything running smoothly when she’s deep into a project; and to her daughters, Samantha and Cassie, who offer encouragement and express pride in their mom. Daria is grateful to her colleagues at Coldwell Banker Hearthside Realtors, where she makes her living, for putting up with her messy office and being grumpy, even though it didn’t take all that long this time.
